This sweet Costa Mesa cottage was ready for a new chapter—and we were honored to help write it. Completed in 2025, what began as a home in need of a little love is now a serene, cozy retreat that feels both elevated and effortlessly livable. From top to bottom, inside and out, every detail was reimagined with care.

The kitchen was transformed into a brighter, more functional heart of the home—complete with marble countertops, Thermador and Sub-Zero appliances, a drawer-style microwave, and soft champagne bronze finishes that add just the right amount of glow. A new bay window seat and marble surround fireplace now anchor the living space, offering a quiet corner to pause and take in the natural light.

Throughout the home, new floors bring warmth and continuity. In the powder bath, we added a subtle splash of personality with a custom green vanity, highlighted by a graceful arched foot detail. And in the primary bathroom, checkerboard floors, a custom natural white oak vanity, and cottage-core fixtures create a calming, collected space to begin and end the day.

Even the exterior got a refresh—with new paint, handcrafted shutters, and updated lighting—bringing new life to a home that’s now every bit as beautiful and inviting as the memories waiting to be made inside.
